VIVA DE SPA SDN. BHD. ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website (onespajp.com) and through bookings and enquiries on WhatsApp in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as described below.

- When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, phone number (WhatsApp number), email address, preferred date and time, number of guests, chosen package or treatment, any health information you choose to share, and anything else you include in your message.
- When you visit the Spa: identification shown at the front desk (for example, ID for the birthday offer).
- When you browse the Site: the Site itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies. However, the embedded Google Map and Google Fonts are loaded from Google, which may collect technical data such as your IP address.

- To receive, confirm and change bookings
- To arrange treatments and provide the service safely (checking health information you have shared)
