Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website (onespajp.com, the "Site") and of the One Spa bathhouse (the "Spa"), operated by VIVA DE SPA SDN. BHD. ("we", "us"). By browsing the Site, booking via WhatsApp or using the Spa, you agree to these Terms.

1. About this Site

• The Site is an information page for the Spa. Content reflects the time of writing; prices, menus and services may change without notice.
• Bookings and enquiries are handled via WhatsApp (+60 16 220 6218). No payment or booking is completed on the Site itself.

2. Bookings

• A booking is requested by WhatsApp message and becomes binding when we send a confirmation message.
• The price stated in the confirmation message (including service charge and SST) applies.
• To reschedule, message us on WhatsApp before your original slot starts. Whether and how a change is possible follows the terms in your confirmation message.
• If you do not arrive and have not contacted us, prepaid amounts may not be refundable.

3. Duration and entry

• Your stay is up to 12 hours from check-in.
• Re-entry after leaving is not possible.
• Stays beyond 12 hours may incur an additional charge.

4. House rules

• Bath areas are separated by gender. There is no mixed bathing.
• Please wear the spa wear we provide inside the facility.
• Please do not bring in alcoholic drinks.
• Photography is not permitted in bath areas, changing rooms or rest areas.
• We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave, without refund, in cases of intoxication, symptoms of infectious illness, or behaviour that disturbs other guests.
• Keep valuables in your locker. We are not responsible for loss or theft of items left outside lockers.

5. Health notice

• The Spa is not a medical facility. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure or another medical condition, are recovering from surgery, or feel unwell, please consult a doctor before visiting.
• Before any massage or treatment, tell our staff about your condition and medical history.
• Please do not bathe or use the sauna after drinking alcohol.

6. Limitation of liability

• Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the Spa.
• We are not responsible for the content of external services linked from the Site (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and others).

7. Intellectual property

Text, photographs, logos and other content on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Changes and governing law

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the moment they are published on the Site.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
